Track (they/he) has a background in gender and racial equity work, community organizing, facilitation, and youth work. He currently works as an Apprenticeship Instructor at Urban Boatbuilders, where he is passionate about ensuring youth have the tools they need to recognize and grow their own power and navigate the systems around them. Prior to their current role, they served as the City of Minneapolis's first Trans Equity Project Coordinator, where they led policy development and implementation, coordinated a community advisory board, and worked towards long-term systems change around gender and racial equity. As a facilitator, Track is interested in convening spaces that address root issues in order to move together more effectively and strategically. Outside of work, they organize with Resource Generation, run in nearly all weather, and write things they will probably never publish. Track grew up in Pennsylvania (unceded Lenape land), holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Carleton College, and currently lives in on unceded Dakota land and Anishinaabe territory in so-called Minneapolis.
