Tyneeta Canonge is an executive coach, organizational strategist, facilitator, and equity and inclusion leader with nearly three decades of experience in education, leadership development, and organizational change. As founder and Principal Consultant of WE Consulting, she works with professionals and organizations through executive and leadership coaching, organizational strategy, research, facilitation, keynote speaking, and leadership development. Her approach combines intercultural competency, historical and systems perspectives, lived experience, neuroscience, and community-centered leadership. She is an Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator and completed the Kellogg School of Management Leadership Academy.

Tyneeta also brings substantial experience working from inside complex institutions. As Director of the Office of Equity and Community Engagement at The Blake School, she served on the Administrative Council and Academic Affairs Group and worked with senior leadership and Board of Trustees committees. She supervised and coached multiple program and instructional leaders; collaborated with the Head of School and other executives to establish and measure institutional outcomes; developed professional development and leadership initiatives; and worked across human resources, admissions, advancement, communications, IT, and student-support functions. Her responsibilities included helping align institutional messaging, practices, programs, recruitment, retention, and leadership development with organizational strategy. Earlier, as Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Parish Episcopal School, she led collaborative development and implementation of a multi-year strategic vision and advised faculty and administrators on organizational and cultural issues.

Across these settings, Tyneeta has developed particular strength in helping leaders navigate change while maintaining trust, connection, and organizational effectiveness. Her coaching and facilitation emphasize identity-conscious and restorative leadership, resilience, intercultural competence, and the human dimensions of organizational change. She has presented nationally on topics including trauma-informed organizational practice, restorative leadership, culturally responsive teaching, and equity-centered leadership, and her work is grounded in a multigenerational family legacy of civil-rights activism and community leadership in New Orleans. That combination of executive coaching, institutional leadership, communication across differences, organizational strategy, and culture change provides a strong complement to the team's public affairs, government, communications, and strategic-planning expertise.
