Teresa has been an essential part of the Admin team at Dendros Group since February 2024. Her current role includes executive support and bookkeeping services.

Outside of Dendros, Teresa is the steward of Rooted and Rising, where she facilitates communal healing spaces anchored in embodiment, dance, relational attunement and earth-based wisdom. With extensive training in somatic healing modalities—including Conscious Dance, Organic Intelligence, Somatic Experiencing and Global Somatics —Teresa brings a deep understanding of the body’s capacity for transformation and healing, and a profound reverence for the interconnectedness of all things. She works with humility, integrity and compassion for the complexities of the human experience, listening attentively to both individual and collective energies, as well as systemic forces that often go unseen.  She empowers others to embrace curiosity amidst the unknown and step into greater freedom, aliveness, and creative potential one breath at a time.

When not working, she enjoys communing with nature, connecting with family and friends, and roaming wild places.
