Sophia Barr (she/her) serves as the Office Assistant for Client Services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Wisconsin Stout. Sophia is deaf and is fluent in both English and American Sign Language (ASL).

Sophia is dedicated to advocating for others and is deeply passionate about it. She works part-time as an Administrative Assistant and Deaf and Hard of Hearing Guide at MN Hands and Voices. In this role, she provides impartial resources and support to families with children who are deaf, deaf-blind, or hard of hearing. With her experience as an Administrative Assistant, Sophia brings valuable skills to Dendros, including social media management, email marketing campaigns, and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

During her leisure time, Sophia enjoys hiking with her husky, exploring new places, kayaking, and eagerly awaits ripe bananas to make banana bread.
