Rev. Dr. Tracey Gibson is a senior executive and organizational strategist with extensive experience in enterprise leadership, organizational transformation, talent strategy, inclusion, accessibility, and operational management. Most recently, she served as Chief Diversity Officer & Accessibility at Andersen Corporation, where she led enterprise-wide strategies aligned with long-range business priorities, advised executive leaders and business units, built talent pipelines, developed leadership and workforce learning programs, standardized organizational processes and metrics, and provided strategic direction for performance management and change management. Her work connects people, process, and strategy to strengthen organizational performance in complex environments.
 
Dr. Gibson also brings substantial public-sector and large-enterprise experience. In the Minnesota state government, she was responsible for statewide strategy for recruitment and retention, stakeholder and community outreach, talent-pipeline development, inclusion and diversity strategy, training, and career advancement. Earlier, during a 29-year career at Cargill, she held leadership responsibilities spanning global community engagement, corporate affairs, inclusion and diversity, human resources, treasury operations, and financial markets. Across these settings she has coached and mentored leaders, managed major programs and teams, built external partnerships, and translated enterprise priorities into durable systems—experience directly relevant to strategic planning, executive advising, leadership development, talent-cycle questions, and organizational change.
