Callie Chamberlain, MPA, is a public-sector strategist and evaluation specialist with more than 10 years of experience using systems-level assessment to support organizational transformation. Her work includes equity-centered organizational assessments, maturity models, systems-change frameworks, and analysis of policy, practice, resource flows, and power dynamics within complex institutions. She is skilled at combining qualitative and quantitative evidence and translating findings into executive-level reports, strategic recommendations, and actionable roadmaps.

Callie has advised state leadership on integrating equity into institutional strategy, contributed to policy recommendations addressing structural disparities, and facilitated statewide stakeholder-engagement processes.
