We're happy to annouce the debut of a new participatory leadership tool, currently named "Degrees of Participation." After working with many groups of managers and leaders trying to create a participatory environment inside of their enterprises, and after much research over the last several years, Jonathan has launched a beta version of the framework. Part of Dendros participatory leadership skills training, this tool and it's associated instruments and training helps positional leaders navigate the hierarchical and facilitative roles necessary for successful companies and organizations today. It helps managers create participatory environments and to manage expectations of staff and other stakeholders on how their participation will be used.
