During my tenure as Chair of the St. Paul Children’s Collaborative, the Dendros Group provided highly skilled support and invaluable expertise to the work of the collaborative. Their participatory approach brings together diverse perspectives to find creative solutions to difficult problems. They are skillful at managing conflict, and helping groups move beyond the status quo.
