Spare Key Founder

Suzann absorbed the mission of Spare Key, assessed where the organization was, listened to where we wanted it to go, and assisted in creating a plan that would get it there. Under her direction, she challenged, inspired, and empowered the board and staff to re-build the capacity of the entire organization. The results were amazing! Within months, the organization began its transformation from a sailboat blowing from one random success to another, to a sturdy ship with a motor, a map and a destination. Two years later, Spare Key received a Nonprofit Innovation Award from The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits.
